A new live album that sees the band reflecting ontheir 6th album, Radiohead’s Hail to the Thief (LiveRecordings 2003-2009) is comprised of performanc-es of songs in London, Amsterdam, Buenos Aires,and Dublin between 2003 and 2009. The album wasmixed by Ben Baptie and mastered by Matt Colton.

Speaking about the new live album, Thom Yorke,who recently co-created the critically acclaimedHamlet Hail to the Thief, a frenetic adaptation ofShakespeare’s Hamlet, says:

“In the process of thinking of how to build arrange-ments for the Shakespeare Hamlet/Hail To The Thieftheatre production, I asked to hear some archive liverecordings of the songs. I was shocked by the kindof energy behind the way we played. I barely recog-nised us, and it helped me find a way forward. Wedecided to get these live recordings mixed and re-leased (it would have been insane to keep them forourselves). It has all been a very cathartic process.We very much hope you enjoy them.”
